I just thought I’d post something here to vent and hope someone finds this before booking a flignt with EDreams.  This is a company similar to Lastminute.com and Skyscrapper.com although I certainly wouldn’t recommend them for any flights unless you have plenty of time and patience before traveling!  I’ve recently been the victim of credit card fraud and have had over 500 GBP stolen from a card, this is probably because of a company such as this one not protectingmy details.

The list of problems is long although I’d focus on the security problems.  After booking your ticket online to receive your electronic tickets you are told to send them an email of fax with an image/copy of the front and back of the card you are using for payment and the personal data page of your passport.  This is apparently for security reasons, yours or theres?!  Just make sure you do this within a couple of hours of booking your tickets or they’ll automatically cancel your booking without informing you!

I got my flights sorted in the end, it’s sometimes worth paying more!
